Four Corners Health Care Services

Four Corners Health Care offers holistic Direct Primary Care (DPC) services to individuals aged 2 and above.

Our services are delivered in person at office visits and via Telehealth visits.

Primary care encompasses the routine healthcare services provided by healthcare professionals. Typically, a primary care provider (PCP) serves as the initial point of contact and primary point of care for ongoing healthcare, acute illnesses, and coordinates other specialized care as required.

Establishing a relationship with a PCP offers both financial and health advantages, including cost reduction and guidance on maintaining optimal health. When patients are unwell, we address their immediate needs and facilitate the coordination of more advanced care when necessary.

Our goal is to maintain a small ratio of patients to each provider in order to develop a personalized and convenient relationship with each patient. We achieve this by accepting a limited number of patients per provider.

To keep overall costs low and reasonable, we have agreements with local imaging centers for diagnostic studies (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds), Quest Labs, and pharmaceutical companies.

Four Corners Health Care is proud to serve those individuals who are uninsured, but we highly recommend insurance for issues such as hospitalization and specialist care if necessary.

It’s important to note that Direct Primary Care is not medical insurance. It’s a membership fee that covers comprehensive primary care needs. As of January 1st, 2026, you may use your health savings account (HSA) from your insurance company to pay for your monthly membership fee.

Those with insurance should understand that Direct Primary Care Offices do not bill your insurance. You can use your insurance for any diagnostic tests such as X-rays, CT, MRI or other testing that we order that is not routinely done in a primary care office.
