MEET THE HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS AT FOUR CORNERS HEALTH CARE
Four Corners Health Care was founded by four mothers and veteran healthcare providers who spent years working side by side before deciding to do things differently. Frustrated by hurried visits, insurance red tape, and a system that left little room for genuine connection, they built a practice centered entirely on the provider-patient relationship. Each partner brings a distinct clinical background, and together they cover a wide range of primary care needs for individuals, families, and small businesses across Lake, Geauga, Cuyahoga, and Ashtabula counties. To protect the quality and accessibility that define this practice, each provider limits their panel to 400 patients.
