  • What is included in a Direct Primary Care membership at Four Corners?

    Every membership includes unlimited office visits, appointments lasting 30 to 60 minutes, 24/7 direct access to your provider by phone, text, or email, same-day or next-day scheduling, chronic disease management, lifestyle and wellness coaching, and access to wholesale lab pricing through LabCorp. There is no insurance billing involved in your primary care, and all costs are disclosed upfront. Members also benefit from EKG services and access to diagnostic imaging. The goal is to give you a complete primary care relationship, not just a series of one-off visits.
